How do I apply for vendor tables?
Open Become a Vendor, choose an event, enter your requested table count and vendor details, then submit the application for Clear Lake Card Show review.
Is payment required online?
No. The website does not collect payment with vendor applications.
What happens after I submit?
The Clear Lake Card Show team reviews your application, assigns final tables, and contacts you by email.
When are my tables confirmed?
Your tables are confirmed only after the organizer reviews your application and provides your final assignment.
What happens if my application is declined?
The team will contact you after review. No website payment was collected.
Can I pick exact tables?
You can type a preferred table or mark preferred numbers on the layout, but preferences are not reservations and final placement may differ.
Can I request just one table?
The application shows the minimum and maximum table count configured for that event.
